Chat assistant, cookies and spam protection
The website chat is answered by an AI model from Anthropic (Claude), with OpenAI as a fallback; a Pin Vandaag employee can read along and take over. Conversations are deleted automatically 30 days after the last message.

- The conversation number is kept in your browser session storage only.
- Analytics with consent
- Google Analytics and Google Ads load only after you accept them in the cookie notice.
- Spam protection
- Forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to block automated abuse.
